How can I purchase an item on Giftfinder.ie?

You have many options for making a purchase with Giftfinder.ie. You can make your purchase online on the site itself. All payment transactions are fully secured and encrypted so it's completely safe.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can call us on 01-456 9415 and place your order with us over the phone.

How long will delivery take?

If you are located in Ireland, we can generally have your order out to your door within 2-3 business days at most. This is just a guideline though and further details can be found by reading our Shipping & Delivery page.As soon as we have despatched your order, our system will send out an e-mail to you to update you.

How much is delivery?

As a guideline, we will charge €6.00 flat rate per order. This means that you can order as many things as you want and we will still only charge you €6.00 the one time. This applies to Ireland-deliveries only and more detailed information can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

At what time will my delivery arrive?

Our couriers will generally try to get your delivery out to you in the morning between 09.00-12.00 but we can't promise this will always be the case. If you are concerned about a delivery time, please contact us on 01-456 9415 and we will be delighted to do what we can to try to assist you.

What if I'm not at home when the courier calls?

Our couriers will make 2 attempts at delivering your order to the address supplied by you. If you are not available when our courier calls, a calling-card will be left requesting that you make contact so as to arrange another attempt. For this reason it is always important that you supply Giftfinder with any relevant information that may be necessary to make a successful delivery.
